This Privacy Policy describes how E2Q Enterprises, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us"), handles information in connection with TelehealthIndex.com, TelehealthPicks.com, and VirtualCareReviews.com (the "Site").
What we collect.
- Usage data. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage: pages viewed, referring site, browser type, country, and outbound link clicks. We do not use this data to identify you.
- Email address, only if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter or download a resource. We use it to send the content you requested and occasional site updates.

What we do NOT collect.
We do not ask for, and do not want, any health information. Do not send us medical details. We do not associate your email address with the specific health topics or pages you viewed on this site. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA, and information you submit to any telehealth provider is governed by that provider's privacy policy, not ours — we never see it.
Affiliate links.
When you click an outbound provider link, the destination provider or its affiliate network may set cookies or receive standard referral information (such as the fact that you arrived from our site) to attribute any signup to us. We receive aggregate conversion counts and commission amounts; we do not receive your name, health information, or purchase details beyond what is needed to pay a commission.
Sharing.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only with service providers who operate the Site on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email delivery), as required by law, or in a business transfer.
Your choices and rights.
You may unsubscribe from emails at any time via the link in each message. Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold; requests to privacy@telehealthindex.com will be honored regardless of state. We do not discriminate for exercising privacy rights. We honor Global Privacy Control signals for any applicable data sale/share opt-outs (we do not sell data).
Data retention. Children. Changes.
Email list data is kept until you unsubscribe; analytics data is aggregate. The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
