TelehealthIndex is owned and operated by E2Q Enterprises, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We are a reader-supported publication: when you click certain links on this site and subsequently sign up or make a purchase with a telehealth provider, we may receive a commission from that provider or its affiliate network, at no additional cost to you.

How we make money.

We participate in affiliate programs operated by providers directly and through networks including Impact, CJ Affiliate, FlexOffers, ShareASale, Rakuten Advertising, and Katalys. Links that may generate a commission are routed through our /go/ system and marked with rel="sponsored" in the page code.

What compensation never does.

Compensation does not influence a provider's score, rank, tier, or Caution status. Scores are computed from a fixed internal rubric applied identically to every provider, and several of the top-ranked providers on this site have no commercial relationship with us whatsoever — those providers are labeled "No affiliate relationship" and receive identical placement and presentation. Providers cannot pay to be included, to improve a score, to remove a Caution notice, or to be excluded from our Watchlist.

What we don't do.

We do not accept payment for reviews, sponsored rankings, or placements. We do not sell user data. We do not permit providers to preview or edit our reviews.
